Senior HRIS Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the strategy for HR technology, including optimization, governance, and ongoing enhancements.

• Create and uphold the HRIS roadmap in accordance with the organization's goals.

• Set standards, policies, and best practices for HR data governance.

• Provide guidance to HR leadership on the strategy for HR systems and workforce technology capabilities.

• Serve as the primary functional lead for UKG Pro and Kronos Workforce Management.

• Supervise configuration strategies, security frameworks, workflows, and organizational structures.

• Assess and implement new modules, enhancements, and system functionalities.

• Direct cross-functional HR technology initiatives and deployments.

• Discover opportunities to automate manual HR and payroll operations.

• Manage relationships with vendors and coordinate efforts for system improvements.

• Establish sustainable processes that enhance efficiency and user satisfaction.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, payroll regulations, privacy standards, and reporting obligations.

• Lead comprehensive HR data audits and remediation initiatives across the enterprise.

• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and professional development within the HR team.

• Undertake additional duties and projects as assigned to support CFP’s Mission and Purpose.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in HRIS.

• At least 5 years of advanced experience in administering UKG Pro and Kronos.

• Proven experience in leading HRIS projects and system implementations.

• Strong background in reporting, analytics, and developing dashboards.

• Experience in creating HR data governance frameworks is essential.

• Preferred experience in manufacturing or multi-site workforce environments.

• Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a team setting.

• HR certification (such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is preferred.

• Willingness to travel occasionally is required.
