This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Design and sustain HR reports, dashboards, and alerts utilizing Palantir, Power BI, Power Automate, and Workato.
• Develop automated workflows and reporting solutions by leveraging data from UKG Pro, ADP Workforce Now, and other HRIS platforms.
• Guarantee timely and accurate report delivery to stakeholders.
• Create and manage both recurring and ad hoc reporting solutions.
• Examine workforce data to spot trends and provide actionable insights.
• Assist in reporting related to turnover, workforce demographics, employee engagement, compliance metrics, and data auditing.
• Aid in the formulation of department-level KPIs.
• Oversee data integrity and communicate any issues to the relevant departments.
• Conduct ongoing data validation and auditing tasks.
• Support data governance initiatives across HR systems.
• Ensure the accuracy and consistency of employee data across various platforms.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and business leaders to comprehend reporting requirements.
• Provide tailored reports and analytics for both operational and strategic initiatives.
• Act as a resource for HR data requests and reporting inquiries.
• Offer assistance and guidance on accessing and interpreting reports.
• Help in creating user training materials and documentation.
• Contribute to increasing the adoption and understanding of HR analytics tools.
• Engage in process improvement initiatives.
• Research and implement new reporting, automation, and analytics capabilities.
• Stay updated on best practices for Palantir, Power BI, and automation.
• Over 6 years of experience in HRIS and HR data.
• More than 3 years of experience using Palantir, Power BI, Power Automate, Workato, Power Query, data visualization, and automation tools.
• Proficient in advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with UKG Pro (preferred), ADP Workforce Now, recruiting metrics, time & attendance reporting, LMS reporting and analytics, and ticketing dashboards.
• Strong understanding of ETL processes, data validation methods, data auditing practices, and data governance principles.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, troubleshoot reporting issues, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A continuous learner driven by a passion for HR technology and analytics.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, or Data Analytics, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.
• Preferred experience with HaloPSA, Relias LMS, advanced Power BI dashboards, and advanced Palantir dashboard development.
