📋 Description

• Deliver expert outsourced HR and consulting services to a diverse range of clients across various sectors.

• Oversee daily HR and administrative operations for clients.

• Prepare, process, and manage payroll for clients in accordance with their payroll timelines, while ensuring data accuracy in the HRIS/payroll system.

• Execute full-cycle recruitment services for various roles at all levels within a client's organization, including applicant tracking, interviewing, and conducting reference/background checks.

• Address both internal and external HR-related inquiries and requests via the dedicated Advantage HR mailbox.

• Foster relationships with clients and employees as a reliable HR resource through effective communication and timely completion of tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in place of a degree.

• At least three (3) years of progressive HR experience, demonstrating functional knowledge across all HR disciplines including compliance, benefits, employee relations, talent management, and compensation.

• Proficient in using ADP Workforce Now / ADP Run.

• Previous experience in payroll preparation and processing.

• Solid understanding of all MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

• Extensive experience with Excel and other data analysis tools is preferred.

• Familiarity with ATS platforms (ADP preferred).

• Strong understanding of payroll processes, requirements, and regulations.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with internal colleagues and external clients at all organizational levels.

• Capable of managing multiple projects and tasks for various clients simultaneously.

• HRCI / SHRM certification is preferred.
