This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +8 more states.
β’ Serve as a trusted advisor and thought leader for business leadership.
β’ Provide coaching to senior leaders, managers, and employees.
β’ Implement talent, leadership, and organizational solutions that yield measurable business results.
β’ Offer strategic and hands-on HR partnership for an employee base of 804 in the Pacific Coast Zone.
β’ Ensure that teams are structured optimally to meet current and future business needs.
β’ Plan and execute strategic HR initiatives that support the development of leadership and employees.
β’ Drive large-scale change management, talent management, and enhance organizational effectiveness.
β’ Oversee performance management cycles, compensation planning, engagement surveys, and continuous talent reviews.
β’ Travel 10%β15% of the time within the zone.
β’ Build relationships with business leaders and employees to grasp strategies, challenges, opportunities, and needs.
β’ Develop partnerships with business groups and the HR team to align objectives and implement solutions.
β’ Analyze data, metrics, and trends to guide decisions.
β’ Influence talent decisions based on business, market, and industry trends.
β’ Identify talent gaps and assist leaders in planning for future requirements.
β’ Coach management on employee relations, conflict resolution, policy interpretation, and management principles.
β’ Provide advice on performance-related issues, legal compliance, and risk mitigation.
β’ Promote company culture and foster open, transparent communication.
β’ Lead organizational design decisions and manage change communication plans.
β’ Implement activities focused on enhancing employee engagement.
β’ Contribute to integrated talent solutions throughout the organization.
β’ Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on selection and assessment practices as well as hiring decision-making tools.
β’ A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field is essential.
β’ A Master's degree/MBA is preferred or equivalent experience.
β’ Ten to fifteen (10 - 15) years of progressive experience as an HR Business Partner.
β’ Strong background in organizational effectiveness, change management, leadership coaching, and talent management, ideally within a dispersed multi-location organization.
β’ A valid driverβs license and a driving record that complies with Hangerβs Motor Vehicle Safety Policy and Procedures.
