πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Serve as a reliable HR contact for employees and managers throughout the APAC region.

β€’ Facilitate the entire employee lifecycle, encompassing onboarding, development, performance management, and offboarding.

β€’ Ensure that HR operations adhere to local labor laws and regulations across various APAC jurisdictions.

β€’ Foster a consistent and engaging employee experience that aligns with BlueMatrix’s global culture.

β€’ Collaborate with the global HR team to implement company-wide initiatives and tailor them to meet regional needs.

β€’ Utilize HR data and insights to identify trends and support data-driven decision-making.

β€’ Oversee the complete onboarding and offboarding processes.

β€’ Maintain precise employee records within the HRIS system.

β€’ Coordinate interviews, communication with hiring managers, and interactions with candidates.

β€’ Assist in managing performance review cycles.

β€’ Address employee inquiries related to contracts, benefits, leave entitlements, and HR policies.

β€’ Work with payroll providers and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.

β€’ Monitor and report on HR metrics, including headcount, attrition, and time-to-hire.

β€’ Support initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement, surveys, and regional team events.

β€’ Draft and revise HR policies and documentation.

β€’ Collaborate with recruitment agencies, benefits providers, and legal advisors.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.

β€’ Strong understanding of HR fundamentals, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR compliance.

β€’ Knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations in at least one APAC jurisdiction, such as the Philippines, India, Japan, Australia, or New Zealand.

β€’ Experience with HRIS platforms and applicant tracking systems.

β€’ Proficiency in MS Office / Microsoft 365, particularly Excel for HR reporting and data analysis.

β€’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

β€’ Capability to manage sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

β€’ Comfortable collaborating across time zones with remote and distributed teams.

β€’ Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

β€’ Flexibility in a rapidly growing international environment.

β€’ A collaborative approach and the ability to establish trusted relationships at all organizational levels.
