Senior HR Analyst – Total Rewards

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Perform analyses for compensation benchmarking and market pricing.

• Engage in annual compensation review processes.

• Assist in the development and upkeep of salary structures.

• Examine workforce trends and metrics related to organizational effectiveness.

• Contribute to initiatives involving job architecture, job leveling, and career frameworks.

• Execute workforce analytics and organizational modeling activities.

• Create executive dashboards and workforce reporting insights.

• Aid in the administration of equity and long-term incentive programs.

• Oversee participation in compensation surveys and analyze results.

• Prepare recommendations for compensation and relevant business cases.

• Support efforts in organizational redesign and restructuring.

• Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners and the Finance team.

• Ensure compliance with data accuracy and compensation governance standards.

• Contribute to materials for executive compensation reporting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Analytics, Business, or a related field.

• Over 5 years of experience in compensation, workforce analytics, or organizational design.

• Proficient in advanced Excel and analytical techniques.

• Familiarity with compensation survey providers.

• Understanding of job evaluation methodologies.

• Experience with HR reporting and workforce planning software.

• Must reside and work in India.
