This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop AI agents that conduct account research, create prospect lists, and draft tailored outreach for Sales Development Representatives (SDRs).
• Design intelligent sequencing workflows that enhance send timings, cadence steps, and messaging based on engagement analytics.
• Create agents that analyze call recordings and CRM activities to identify deal risks, buying signals, and recommendations for next steps.
• Manage and integrate the outbound technology stack, encompassing sales engagement, conversation intelligence, enrichment, and CRM platforms.
• Develop automation for forecasting and pipeline hygiene that highlights stale deals, incomplete data, and potential forecast risks.
• Establish evaluation frameworks for personalized outreach, call-summary accuracy, and signal precision.
• Implement human-in-the-loop reviews, logging, guardrails, and rollback options for outputs aimed at representatives and customers.
• Mentor SDRs and Account Executives (AEs) on AI integration and create playbooks along with reusable templates.
• Collaborate with priority teams, map outbound processes, and launch prospecting or sequencing automation within the first three months.
• Roll out deal-signal or call-intelligence agents along with shared outreach, personalization, and account-research templates in months four to six.
• Take ownership of a significant portion of the outbound automation layer, showcasing improvements in pipeline per representative, cycle time, and forecast accuracy, and transition mature systems to SDR and AE leadership in months seven to twelve.
• At least 6 years of experience in sales development, sales operations, revenue operations, or systems/solutions engineering, with practical experience in embedding automation or AI into outbound or sales workflows.
• Proven track record in designing, building, and deploying AI agents that have positively impacted real pipeline or cycle-time metrics.
• Proficient with outbound stack tools such as Outreach, Salesloft, Gong, Chorus, Salesforce, Clari, ZoomInfo, Clearbit, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Chili Piper.
• Strong skills in prompt architecture and hands-on experience with agent frameworks, n8n, Make, and API/MCP integrations.
• Competent in at least one programming language: SQL, Python, or JavaScript.
• Knowledgeable in quota management, pipeline coverage, and deal stages, with a focus on revenue-impact prioritization.
• Experience in developing AI evaluation frameworks, including prompt assessments, benchmarking, and regression testing is preferred.
• Practical experience in fine-tuning or extensively customizing models for production scenarios is preferred.
• Familiarity with forecasting techniques and pipeline hygiene methodologies is preferred.
• Comfortable coaching non-technical team members on AI adoption is preferred.
• Background in B2B or enterprise SaaS and understanding brand-safety and compliance constraints on automated outputs is preferred.
