This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create automations that efficiently route, score, and respond to incoming leads within minutes.
• Develop and implement chat, form-follow-up, and lead-qualification AI agents.
• Construct and integrate website personalization, dynamic forms, and content recommendations.
• Connect marketing automation, CDP, enrichment, intent data, and CRM systems.
• Streamline content production, on-page optimization, and performance tracking through automation.
• Develop evaluations to assess lead-scoring accuracy, chat-agent quality, and routing precision.
• Implement human-in-the-loop reviews, logging, and rollback mechanisms.
• Mentor marketing operations and demand-generation teams on adopting AI technologies.
• Create playbooks, reusable templates, and shared libraries for prompts and skills.
• Collaborate closely with priority teams to map out high-friction workflows and deliver end-to-end automations.
• Broaden use cases, create reusable templates, and guide teams towards self-sufficiency.
• Take ownership of a significant portion of the GTM stack and agentic workflows, showcasing measurable impact and transitioning mature systems.
• A minimum of 6 years in growth/GTM marketing, marketing/revenue operations, systems, or solutions engineering, including direct experience in building automation or AI for practical GTM applications.
• Proven track record in designing, building, and deploying AI agents and agentic workflows that have positively impacted real work processes.
• Proficient knowledge of the modern GTM stack, including CRM, marketing automation, enrichment, outreach, and analytics.
• Experience managing integrations and pipelines among GTM systems.
• Strong skills in prompt architecture.
• Hands-on experience with agent frameworks, orchestration platforms like n8n and Make, and API/MCP integrations.
• Working knowledge in at least one programming language such as SQL, Python, or JavaScript.
• Comprehension of funnels, ICP, and buying signals, with sound judgment in revenue-impact-based automation.
• Experience in developing evaluation frameworks for AI systems is preferred.
• Practical experience in fine-tuning or extensively customizing models for production scenarios is preferred.
• Experience guiding non-technical team members through the adoption of AI is preferred.
• Background in B2B and enterprise SaaS, with an understanding of brand-safety and compliance considerations regarding automated outputs, is preferred.
