This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Act as the performance specialist for Pre-Sales, Sales, and Channel teams, ensuring high-quality analysis and translating insights into actionable steps.
• Identify funnel challenges, including conversion rates, productivity metrics, cycle times, sources, and segment performance.
• Spearhead problem-solving initiatives with the Process and Tech Stack teams.
• Collaborate with commercial leadership to define action plans and oversee their implementation and impact assessment.
• Proactively identify risks and opportunities in sales operations through ongoing data analysis.
• Suggest strategic agendas instead of merely responding to inquiries.
• Manage commercial intelligence initiatives from hypothesis formulation to results verification.
• Conduct controlled tests when required.
• Maintain the consistency and governance of commercial data within the CRM and analytical databases.
• Establish criteria and business rules to address structural discrepancies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Pre-Sales, Sales, and Channel leaders during management routines.
• Deliver critical analyses and advocate for positions based on independent reasoning.
• Prior experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, or commercial intelligence teams.
• Proficiency in HubSpot, especially in utilizing commercial data and reporting functionalities.
• Familiarity with data and analytics tools such as Metabase and Databricks.
• Capability to navigate various data sources and convert information into actionable insights.
• Experience collaborating closely with commercial leaders (coordinators, managers, or VPs), including defending recommendations in management discussions.
• A broader business perspective that transcends the isolated funnel, recognizing how Pre-Sales, Sales, and Channels interconnect and how a bottleneck at any stage impacts the others.
• Preferred: experience within payments, banking, or fintech sectors.
• Preferred: experience leading cross-functional initiatives, even in the absence of a formal leadership title.
• Availability to work 8 hours daily, Monday to Friday.
