This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North America.
• Develop Python services, SQL models, scheduled tasks, and small internal applications.
• Create and manage agents for account research, lead qualification, outreach drafting, CRM maintenance, and usage tracking.
• Design agents, supply tools and data, assess their performance, and ensure they operate smoothly in a production environment.
• Transform product usage data in BigQuery and Looker into usage notifications, expansion prompts, and account health metrics.
• Establish account targeting systems that encompass sourcing, enrichment, deduplication, Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) scoring, and ranked representative queues.
• Connect CRM systems, enrichment providers, and outbound tools to enable seamless data flow without manual intervention.
• Preserve the quality of funnel data through routing rules, field governance, and attribution.
• Rapidly prototype solutions, evaluate outcomes, discontinue unproductive methods, and collaborate with Sales and Marketing leadership on strategic priorities.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of systems to ensure independent operation.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a software engineer, data engineer, or growth/GTM engineer, with a focus on delivering systems relied upon by others.
• Proficient in Python and SQL.
• Proven experience in managing production automations from start to finish, including APIs, webhooks, scheduled jobs, retries, error handling, and monitoring.
• Familiarity with building LLMs beyond simple prompts, including multi-step agents, tool utilization, retrieval, and evaluation.
• Daily experience with Claude Code or similar AI-assisted development tools, along with the engineering acumen to review and test outcomes.
• Strong grasp of clean coding practices, version control, code reviews, debugging, and systems thinking.
• Capability to work autonomously without an engineering team to execute tasks.
• Interest in sales organizations and a willingness to quickly learn CRM and related tools.
• A builder’s mindset paired with an operator’s judgment; adept at scoping for business impact, shipping iteratively, and assessing pipeline and revenue.
