This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the get-started flow, eligibility and questionnaire experience, plan selection, payment methods, and checkout across all protocols.
• Maintain high standards for form friction, step sequencing, mobile checkout, page performance, trust signals, and managing errors/edge cases.
• Implement pricing strategies further down the funnel and propose as well as execute promotions.
• Direct payment method strategies and associated platform and infrastructure decisions.
• Define and manage the acquisition product roadmap in collaboration with the Marketing team.
• Create unique growth strategies tailored to each service line and protocol.
• Ensure consistency across advertising, landing pages, and the purchasing flow.
• Influence the funnel, experimentation, and analytics framework; lead vendor evaluations and selections.
• Leverage AI tools to speed up the cycle from idea to live testing.
• Enhance average order value through plan mix, longer-duration adoption, add-ons, and bundled presentations.
• Collaborate with Finance on LTV, LTV:CAC, payback period, contribution margin, budgets, and success metrics.
• Manage the testing roadmap and schedule, including experiment design, readouts, power analysis, sample sizes, stopping rules, and guardrail metrics.
• Increase experiment throughput and establish reusable experimentation practices.
• Work with Marketing on traffic quality and attribution efforts.
• Oversee organic net-new customer growth, discoverability, gifting, and household expansion initiatives.
• Manage the referral program as a product.
• Address cart and flow abandonment issues, including recovery experiences, triggered communications, and re-entry processes.
• Report directly to the Head of Product.
• Lead a dedicated engineering team aligned with the Acquisition task force.
• Own the conversion and organic growth roadmap as a senior individual contributor.
• Minimum of 6 years of product management experience.
• At least 3 years of responsibility for a consumer conversion funnel with direct revenue accountability.
• Experience executing the growth playbook in a DTC subscription business with significant paid spending.
• Proven track record on specific funnel and AOV metrics with concrete figures.
• Strong background in experimentation rigor.
• Proficient in writing queries and building dashboards.
• Fluency in Amplitude.
• Understanding of statistical significance and sample size considerations.
• Comfortable working with BI tools such as Looker.
• Commercial understanding of LTV, LTV:CAC, payback period, and contribution margin.
• Familiarity with modern funnel and AI tools.
• Experience advocating for platform investments.
• Existing playbooks for referral and abandonment reclamation.
• Knowledgeable in paid acquisition mechanics, including CAC and marginal efficiency on incremental spending.
• Experience collaborating closely with marketing and creative teams.
• Exceptional written communication skills.
• Genuine interest in men's health and development.
• Nice to have: experience in telehealth, regulated consumer fields, or other categories where clinical eligibility and compliance influence the funnel.
