This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Create, calibrate, and sustain Marketing Mix Models to assess cross-channel marketing effectiveness and inform media expenditure distribution.
• Design scalable data models and analytical schemas that integrate multi-channel marketing, web analytics, and product telemetry.
• Utilize BigQuery, DBT, RudderStack, and Omni to develop unified growth datasets and self-service analytics solutions.
• Perform exploratory analytics across paid search, paid social, and organic acquisition avenues.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance analysis and streamline recurring reporting processes.
• Identify and implement analytics automation possibilities through Lodgify’s AI Enablement initiative.
• Develop measurement and incrementality frameworks for CRM and lifecycle strategies.
• Assess impacts on customer activation, retention, and lifetime value.
• Create measurement frameworks for AI search visibility, LLM answer-engine share of voice, and GEO channel traffic patterns.
• Transform quantitative insights into visual representations and strategic narratives for marketing executives and stakeholders.
• Oversee the measurement stack, including MMM, incrementality, geo-lift testing, and privacy-oriented server-side event tracking.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Finance teams on customer acquisition cost (CAC) and lifetime value (LTV) unit economics.
• Establish data documentation, reporting protocols, and visualization standards.
• Guide colleagues and set data quality benchmarks across the growth organization.
• Practical experience with at least one of Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) or incrementality testing.
• Demonstrated expertise in marketing analytics.
• Extensive understanding of CAC, LTV, ROAS, and multi-touch attribution methodologies.
• Proficiency in writing advanced, production-quality code.
• Capability to construct robust data models that convert raw marketing telemetry into scalable analytical frameworks.
• Familiarity with privacy-first tracking methodologies.
• Advanced knowledge of BigQuery, DBT, RudderStack, and Omni.
• Ability to distill complex datasets into clear, actionable insights.
• Strong skills in data visualization and narrative storytelling.
• Business insight and the ability to relate analytics to commercial results.
• Structured problem-solving abilities and risk management expertise.
• Capability to manage stakeholders amidst competing priorities.
• Ability to influence cross-functional decisions without formal authority.
• Skill in clearly presenting technical insights to marketing leaders and cross-functional teams.
