Senior Graphic Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Arab Emirates (UAE).

📋 Description

• Design high-quality social-first assets for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.

• Create campaign visuals, carousels, stories, static posts, and tailored social formats.

• Convert brand guidelines into engaging and platform-appropriate creative content.

• Collaborate with various Marjan brands while preserving a distinct visual identity for each.

• Partner with social and creative teams to transform ideas into impactful visual representations.

• Modify global or master campaign assets for local and social applications as needed.

• Assist in producing fast-turnaround content in response to cultural moments.

• Collaborate closely with motion and video editors to ensure consistency between static and dynamic content.

• Handle multiple design requests and deadlines within a busy content calendar.

• Review design work from junior or supporting team members when necessary to uphold high creative standards.

• Aid in the development of presentations, pitch materials, and campaign strategies as required.

• Provide ideas and visual references during brainstorming sessions and creative evaluations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of graphic design experience, preferably in an agency, lifestyle, hospitality, destination, or social-first setting.

• A strong portfolio showcasing digital and social media projects.

• Proficient knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.

• Meticulous attention to detail.

• Capability to work efficiently across multiple brands and formats.

• Experience in motion design or basic animation is a significant advantage.

• Preference for candidates with UAE/GCC experience.
