This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

• Assist in marketing, fundraising, and branding initiatives for nonprofit, for-profit, and faith-based organizations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a commercial agency setting.

• Bachelor's degree in design; BFA, BS, or BDes preferred.

• Digital-native mindset essential.

• Enthusiasm for tackling design challenges and building scalable design systems.

• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, XD, Premiere, and After Effects.

• Solid understanding of Figma.

• Proficiency with Mac-based software applications.

• Experience managing and adapting to various client brand style guides concurrently.

• Capability to provide art direction in specific scenarios.

• Skill in designing during live workshops.

• Competence in strategizing and prioritizing numerous tasks at once.

• Exceptional organizational abilities and keen attention to detail.

• Ability to grasp high-level concepts and bring them to fruition.

• Familiarity with computer technology and troubleshooting technical issues.

• Capacity to independently generate innovative ideas that effectively communicate an image and message, eliciting a response.

• Openness to constructive feedback.

• Resourcefulness in working with limited resources.

• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to unfamiliar tasks and resolve problems.

• Experience in web design and visual coding platforms is advantageous.

• Background in programming is a plus.
