Graphic Designer Intern

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Gain insight into the business landscape and organizational needs.

• Conduct product research and work alongside the marketing team to develop strategies.

• Collaborate with internal teams to generate ideas and formulate strategies.

• Create visual concepts for digital marketing campaigns, internal communications, presentations, and websites.

• Analyze requirements and designs, draft initial concepts, present ideas, refine designs based on feedback, and produce final outputs.

• Design infographics, videos, illustrations, logos, and various visual formats.

• Engage in regular collaboration with designers, artists, and stakeholders.

• Showcase marketing initiatives to management and stakeholders.

• Apply theoretical principles in daily tasks.

• Assist business leaders and stakeholders in reaching organizational objectives.

• Participate in weekly meetings with multiple teams.

• Deliver concise weekly projects for peer and supervisor evaluation.

• A graduate with an interest in Graphic Design and Creative Editing.

• Strong conceptual understanding in the relevant field.

• Ability to transform diverse ideas into creative designs.

• Proficiency in design software such as Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Canva, GIMP, CorelDRAW, and similar tools.

• An eye for aesthetics and meticulous attention to detail.

• Openness to collaborating with a team of experts while adhering to systems and processes.

• Eagerness to learn and tackle new challenges.

• Possession of a computer, smartphone, reliable internet connection, and noise-cancelling headphones is essential.

• Interest or experience in collaboration, leading tech festivals, or managing institute clubs.
