Senior Graphic Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create innovative assets for paid advertisements, website components, digital media, and campaign materials.

• Produce both static and motion-based content, typically divided evenly between 50% static designs and 50% motion/animation.

• Develop animated GIFs and additional content for social media platforms.

• Contribute to the creative concept development for campaigns alongside a strategy copywriter.

• Challenge project briefs and formulate engaging, distinct B2B design concepts.

• Adhere to brand guidelines while introducing new and creative perspectives.

• Engage in weekly team meetings and sync-ups with management.

• Oversee workflow and ensure alignment of deliverables with strategic objectives.

• Demonstrated experience in B2B graphic design.

• A portfolio that highlights both traditional and motion-based design projects.

• Proficiency in creating campaign and demand-generation content, such as paid advertisements and digital assets.

• Strong skills in motion design and animation, particularly for social media applications.

• Capability to work autonomously and manage time efficiently.

• A flexible schedule to accommodate project requirements.

• A proactive mindset toward creative challenges and the confidence to push creative limits.

• Familiarity with Asana, Teams, HubSpot, Canva Pro, and Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects.

• Access to personal technology for design tasks.

• Availability for global client meetings, sync-ups, and follow-ups at varying times.

• Legally authorized to reside and work in the country where the position is based without employer sponsorship.
