Senior Graphic Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Create and implement marketing materials, including email campaigns, catalogs, social media content, and digital ads

• Produce sales presentations, promotional materials, and various marketing collateral

• Convert creative ideas and project specifications into refined, production-ready designs

• Ensure brand consistency across typography, layout, visual hierarchy, formatting, and marketing assets

• Review designs for spelling, grammar, copy accuracy, layout, specifications, and adherence to brand standards

• Handle a high volume of projects and manage competing priorities while meeting deadlines

• Work autonomously from concept to final execution, incorporating guidance and feedback while minimizing revision cycles

• Partner with stakeholders to clarify project requirements and deliver effective creative solutions

• Remain knowledgeable about AI-powered creative tools while maintaining robust independent design skills

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5+ years of professional graphic design experience in a marketing setting

• A portfolio showcasing original work from implemented marketing campaigns and projects

• Extensive experience in creating a diverse range of marketing and promotional materials

• Demonstrated ability to generate creative concepts and see projects through to completion

• Highly skilled in written and verbal English communication

• Expert proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign

• Strong grasp of branding, typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and maintaining brand consistency

• Exceptional proofreading, formatting, and quality control skills

• Capability to manage multiple projects and deliver precise work under tight deadlines

• Ability to work independently, collaborate efficiently, and integrate feedback with minimal revisions

• Familiarity with AI-driven creative tools is beneficial but should not replace original design expertise

• Professional experience in marketing design is essential

• Direct experience within the client's specific industry is not mandatory

• Work shift aligned with U.S. Central Time; exact hours to be confirmed

• Workdays are Monday through Friday, following a U.S. schedule
