Senior Graphic Designer / Art Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Oversee B2B conceptual design thinking, creative development, and art direction for assigned projects in collaboration with the Design Director.

• Create visual identities for events, campaigns, and corporate initiatives.

• Offer additional creative conceptual support as project requirements emerge.

• Implement strategic thinking and creative rationale in design choices, including the selection of photography styles.

• Investigate AI-driven creative tools, such as Adobe Firefly, to enhance creative development.

• Utilize hands-on design and execution skills when necessary, while primarily concentrating on conceptual development and creative direction.

• Work alongside production designers to execute and expand established creative concepts.

• Assist the current creative team with overflow projects to help manage workload challenges.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in conceptual design and art direction.

• Capability to take charge of projects and spearhead creative concepts.

• Ability to collaborate with and take guidance from the Design Director.

• Proven expertise in developing visual identities, corporate branding, and campaign-related creative initiatives.

• A portfolio that demonstrates strategic and conceptual thinking, clear project objectives, creative rationale, and strong photography selection.

• Prior experience in producing B2B and corporate-focused creative projects.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a polished presentation of the portfolio.

• Knowledge of AI-driven creative tools, including Adobe Firefly.

• Experience with Figma is a plus, though not required.

• Motion and digital design skills are advantageous but not mandatory.

• Availability for project-based freelance work averaging around 5–10 hours per week, with flexibility for varying workloads.

• Capacity to work remotely and collaborate across different time zones, particularly with North America.

• Submission of work samples and/or portfolio is required along with the resume.

• Must have legal authorization to live and work in the country where the position is located without the need for employer sponsorship.
