Senior Graphic Designer / Art Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Oversee B2B conceptual design thinking, creative development, and art direction for assigned projects in collaboration with the Design Director.

• Create visual identities for events, campaigns, and corporate initiatives.

• Offer additional creative conceptual support as project requirements arise.

• Employ strategic thinking and creative reasoning in design choices, including the selection of photography styles.

• Investigate AI-driven creative tools, such as Adobe Firefly, to enhance creative development.

• Utilize hands-on design and execution skills as necessary, with a primary focus on conceptual development and creative direction.

• Partner with production designers to implement and expand upon established creative concepts.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in conceptual design and art direction.

• Capability to take charge of projects and spearhead creative concepts.

• Ability to collaborate with and accept guidance from the Design Director.

• Proven expertise in developing visual identities, corporate branding, and creative work related to campaigns.

• A portfolio that demonstrates strategic and conceptual thinking, clear project goals, creative rationale, and strong photography selection.

• Prior experience in producing creative work focused on B2B and corporate contexts.

• Exceptional attention to detail and a polished presentation of portfolio work.

• Knowledge of AI-powered creative tools, including Adobe Firefly.

• Availability for freelance project work averaging around 5–10 hours weekly, with flexibility for varying workloads.

• Ability to work remotely and collaborate across different time zones, particularly with North America.

• Submission of work samples and/or portfolio is required along with the resume.

• Must possess legal authorization to live and work in the country of the position without employer sponsorship.
