Associate Creative Director, Art

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Create and implement visually striking concepts that align with the brand's vision.

• Collaborate closely with the Creative Director and team members.

• Offer art direction and visual storytelling across various multimedia platforms.

• Lead and work in partnership with creative teams in a dynamic environment.

• Present and clearly articulate creative solutions that address client challenges.

• Oversee pitch efforts and presentations.

• Anticipate and adapt to challenges and obstacles throughout the creative process.

• Contribute to the overall well-being of the Creative department.

• Assist in the growth of new business opportunities.

• Utilize industry insights to enhance client and agency brands.

• Show dedication to diversity, equity, and inclusion through ongoing development, inclusive practices, and proactive bias management.

• Execute all other assigned duties.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education along with professional experience is required.

• 8+ years of experience in digital, print, traditional, and trade marketing.

• In-depth understanding of pharmaceutical marketing, including disease state and product science, industry standards, legal constraints, and competitive landscapes.

• Highly conceptual thinker.

• Agency of Record (AOR) experience is necessary.

• Background in working with therapeutic clients is essential.

• Portfolio showcasing strategic and aesthetically pleasing work.

• Management and supervisory capabilities are required.

• Comprehension of both creative and strategic dimensions of advertising and leadership.

• Strong skills in Adobe Suite and Figma.

• Must be able to work in select U.S. locations based on business and operational needs.
