Senior Governance Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Serve as a Senior IT Governance Analyst.

• Implement IT management and governance best practices in accordance with ITIL frameworks.

• Operate within Windows environments.

• Set up and configure both hardware and software.

• Conduct maintenance on operating systems.

• Utilize methods, processes, and tools for managing service desk systems.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related discipline.

• ITIL Foundation Certification v3 or a later version.

• HDI Problem Management Professional (HDI-PM) certification.

• ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification, or a document confirming completion of a comparable Quality Lead Auditor course with at least 40 hours of workload.

• Proficiency in Technical English.

• Professional experience in the field of Information Technology.

• In-depth knowledge of IT management and governance best practices according to ITIL frameworks.

• Familiarity with Windows operating systems.

• Skills in hardware and software configuration and installation.

• Experience in operating system maintenance.

• Understanding of methods, processes, and tools for managing service desk systems.
