This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Design, develop, and manage scalable and dependable backend services and platform elements using Go.
• Create APIs and facilitate integrations between internal services, AI models, and external systems.
• Develop AI-driven workflows, including agent-based solutions that deliver tangible product value.
• Contribute to the design and execution of AI solutions.
• Create systems with well-defined failure modes, fallbacks, and robust debug capabilities.
• Take into account evaluation, observability, latency, reliability, and cost when operationalizing LLM-based functionalities.
• Monitor and enhance the quality and performance of AI-powered features.
• Lead technical projects from initial concept through implementation, deployment, and production operation.
• Write maintainable, thoroughly tested, and idiomatic Go code.
• Engage in code reviews and architectural discussions.
• Collaborate with Product, QA, and other engineers to deliver features with rapid feedback cycles.
• Assess emerging AI technologies and integrate them when they demonstrate measurable value.
• Assist in user-facing application development as necessary.
• Over 5 years of professional experience in software engineering.
• Strong experience in backend development using Go.
• Familiarity with developing backend or platform systems in live production environments.
• Comprehensive understanding of software architecture and system design.
• Proven experience in building systems that meet high scalability, availability, and reliability standards.
• Practical experience with observability tools and methodologies (metrics, logs, tracing, alerting).
• Proficient with Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, LLM APIs, or AI-powered workflows.
• Ability to effectively utilize modern AI development tools like Cursor or Claude.
• Demonstrated capability to lead technical initiatives from conception to production.
• Excellent communication skills and an ability to thrive in a collaborative setting.
• High degree of ownership and a proactive approach.
• Proficient in English (minimum B2 level).
