Senior Golang Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Design and maintain server applications, APIs, and various products for the company

• Work together with different teams to provide integrated solutions

• Enhance database performance through techniques like indexing, caching, and query optimization

• Ensure service observability with effective logging, monitoring, and metrics

• Elevate code quality by implementing unit and integration tests

• Engage in code reviews, daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive production experience with Go

• Strong understanding of Postgres and NoSQL databases

• Familiarity with Docker, microservices, and distributed systems

• Practical experience with message brokers like Kafka or RabbitMQ

• High level of ownership and autonomy, being accountable for the overall outcome, not just the code

• Proficient in written and spoken English at B1+ (Intermediate+) level and above

• B2B collaboration as an independent contractor with your own legal entity

• Willingness to work as a fully remote contractor

• Expected compensation provided in EUR gross monthly terms
