This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop, implement, and manage global compensation and equity policies and programs.
• Oversee the job architecture that supports global rewards initiatives.
• Assess market rates for various job positions.
• Handle survey participation and maintain relationships with benchmark vendors.
• Sustain the global salary band structure as the organization grows into new roles and regions.
• Administer end-to-end processes for merit, promotion, bonus, and equity grant programs.
• Supervise program eligibility, system testing, and budgeting collaborations with Finance.
• Analyze new jobs, promotions, offers, and reclassifications.
• Collaborate with Recruiting and People Business Partners to develop and present recommendations.
• Stay updated on pay regulations, including FLSA, EEOC, pay transparency, and reporting obligations.
• Create analyses and reporting from HRIS, payroll, and survey data focusing on pay equity, competitiveness, and retention.
• Address ad hoc requests from the People team, executives, and the Board.
• Design communications and educational materials regarding rewards for employees and managers.
• Enhance reward processes and programs utilizing available tools, including AI.
• Report directly to the Director of Total Rewards & People Operations.
• A minimum of 5 years in compensation or total rewards within a high-growth organization.
• Proven experience managing a significant compensation or total rewards scope.
• Background in executing annual merit cycles and equity refresh grants from design through to communication and delivery.
• Practical experience in evaluating and aligning roles with survey data.
• Expertise in constructing and sustaining salary ranges.
• Capability to justify salary-range methodologies.
• Advanced Excel proficiency.
• Proven track record in developing and maintaining complex models for range analysis, cost scenarios, and cycle planning.
• Ability to engage and influence Recruiting, People Business Partners, Finance, and business leaders, including VP and C-suite executives.
• Familiarity with HR tools such as Workday and Lever.
• Understanding of pay regulations and practices, including FLSA, EEOC, pay transparency, and reporting obligations.
• Capacity to manage highly sensitive information with discretion.
