This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Report directly to the Manager of Global Programs & ABM and act as a strategic leader within the Integrated Marketing team.
• Collaborate effectively with Product Marketing, Campaigns, Field Marketing, CXO, Digital, and Sales/BDR teams.
• Convert product innovations, campaign themes, global messaging pillars, and product launches into scalable global programs and comprehensive program playbooks.
• Design, initiate, and oversee multi-channel demand initiatives, including Meeting Makers, Direct Mailers, Virtual Research Summits, and tailored webinar series for specific personas.
• Foster pipeline growth and penetrate target whitespace effectively.
• Create and implement executive campaigns specifically designed for CISO and CIO buyer narratives.
• Develop and maintain turnkey “Event-in-a-Box” frameworks and playbooks for regional field teams.
• Assist in customer expansion campaigns aimed at educating the existing customer base and promoting product adoption and upselling.
• Standardize program reporting and conduct post-campaign evaluations.
• Offer actionable insights, lead enablement resources, and well-defined SLAs to enhance pipeline conversion within a 90-day timeframe.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a similar field.
• Over 7 years of experience in B2B demand generation, campaign operations, or global program management.
• Profound knowledge of multi-channel execution across webinars, digital events, direct mailers, executive roundtables, and content syndication campaigns.
• Outstanding collaboration skills with a proven history of fostering alignment among global field teams, PMM, CXO, digital, and revenue divisions within a matrixed environment.
• Candidates must possess the legal right to work in the country where the position is located, without requiring visa sponsorship.
• Experience in the cybersecurity, SaaS, or rapidly growing technology sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to link campaign themes directly to Product Marketing launch timelines, incorporate C-suite/executive persona narratives, and align execution with sales pipeline objectives.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in utilizing campaign performance dashboards to monitor pipeline influence and ROI.
• Proven capability to prioritize effectively, solve problems independently, and execute swiftly in a fast-paced environment.
