Senior Generative AI Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and launch production-quality applications utilizing LLMs and foundational models through AWS Bedrock.

• Construct and enhance RAG architectures for extensive document repositories.

• Implement and manage multi-agent AI systems using AWS Bedrock Agents and the AgentCore frameworks.

• Create scalable AI pipeline solutions that integrate with enterprise-level systems.

• Develop backend services and APIs for AI applications utilizing Python and contemporary frameworks.

• Execute containerization and deployment strategies.

• Establish monitoring and observability solutions to assess AI system performance, quality, and cost efficiency.

• Design and refine prompts and templates to influence LLM behavior.

• Employ advanced techniques in prompt engineering.

• Assess and fine-tune models for targeted use cases.

• Experiment with various model configurations, hyperparameters, and architectures.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to convert requirements into technical solutions.

• Analyze emerging foundation models and the latest research in generative AI.

• Contribute to technical documentation, best practices, and facilitate knowledge sharing.

• Engage in sales initiatives related to Generative AI.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of solid professional experience in software engineering.

• Experience in full-stack development.

• Practical experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and foundation model APIs.

• Familiarity with agentic architecture and its implementation, including LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, and AutoGen.

• Knowledge of prompt engineering and optimization strategies.

• Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, and OpenSearch.

• Background in using embedding models or Knowledge Graphs.

• Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for AI applications.

• Proficiency in Python along with modern frameworks and libraries.
