Senior Functional Manager, MS Dynamics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Work alongside teams and stakeholders to collect and validate Finance and Supply Chain requirements across R2R, O2C, and P2P.

• Evaluate business processes and assist in designing scalable, maintainable ERP solutions that align with organizational objectives.

• Convert business requirements into functional specifications and configuration inputs.

• Ensure that functional deliverables comply with quality standards and ERP configuration best practices.

• Document future-state business processes thoroughly.

• Conduct functional testing and support go-live readiness, including user training, documentation, and post-deployment validation.

• Identify and propose ongoing enhancements to business processes and system usage.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with ERP systems, demonstrating strong functional expertise in Record to Report (R2R), Order to Cash (O2C), or Procure to Pay (P2P).

• Prior experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central or Finance & Operations is essential.

• Capability to gather and assess business requirements, translating them into ERP configurations and process enhancements.

• Familiarity with documenting business processes and functional designs.

• Experience in functional testing, including the creation of test cases and validation of system behavior.

• Comfortable working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments, actively participating in planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for effective cross-functional business and technical collaboration.

• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality.

• Professional proficiency in English is required.

• Position requires residency in Portugal or Germany.
