Senior Functional Consultant / WMS Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Act as the liaison among customers, logistics, and IT teams.

• Evaluate customer logistics processes to pinpoint areas for optimization.

• Offer expert advice on best practices within the Blue Yonder platform.

• Design solution concepts and specifications based on business needs.

• Facilitate implementation within Blue Yonder WMS.

• Develop user stories, testing plans, acceptance criteria, and project/system documentation.

• Ensure alignment of requirements among customers, business units, and technical teams.

• Assist in projects throughout their entire lifecycle, from conception to implementation, including go-live and hypercare.

• Perform testing and quality assurance activities.

• Continuously improve existing solutions to maintain stable and future-ready customer processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Logistics, or an equivalent qualification.

• Several years of experience with Blue Yonder WMS or similar warehouse management and supply chain solutions.

• In-depth knowledge of logistics processes.

• Experience in creating business concepts, specifications, user stories, or test plans.

• Analytical, structured, and solution-focused approach to work.

• Exceptional communication skills.

• Proficient in the English language.

• Passion for collaborating with customers, partners, and cross-functional project teams.
