Senior Fullstack Tech Leader, AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and implement scalable Full Stack solutions utilizing Python, JavaScript, and React.

• Employ and manage AI development tools and agents such as Claude Code, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot.

• Review, validate, and refine AI-generated code prior to deployment.

• Develop reusable prompts, contexts, and workflows for AI-assisted development.

• Construct and integrate solutions powered by LLM, RAG, and AI technologies.

• Design and oversee data pipelines along with AI/ML integrations.

• Establish testing strategies that encompass unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.

• Collaborate with CI/CD, cloud environments, and both relational and non-relational databases.

• Engage in architectural, security, and technical decision-making processes.

• Guide developers and gradually take on Tech Lead responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–10 years of professional experience in Full Stack Software Engineering.

• Over 1 year of experience in a technical leadership or mentoring role.

• Proficient in Python, JavaScript, and React.

• Practical experience with AI coding agents/tools within real software development workflows.

• Professional background in Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG.

• Familiarity with TensorFlow and/or PyTorch.

• Understanding of pandas and scikit-learn.

• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud platforms.

• Proficiency in CI/CD and automated testing methodologies.

• Strong grasp of software architecture, design patterns, and data structures.

• Experience with both relational and non-relational databases.

• Solid knowledge of Git.

• Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
