Senior FullStack Engineer – React, Python

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Become a vital member of a compact engineering team to enhance and manage the complete user experience of the platform.

• Spearhead the creation of intricate, data-intensive views, real-time chat features, and interactive document collaboration interfaces utilizing React and TypeScript.

• Design and maintain Python and FastAPI microservices that drive AI-based document workflows.

• Collaborate closely with product and design teams without any barriers.

• Take the initiative to develop essential features from comprehensive UI concepts to scalable, production-ready backend integrations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in software engineering, with a strong emphasis and expertise in contemporary frontend development using React.

• Proficient in TypeScript.

• Experience in managing complex state patterns using Redux Toolkit or similar tools.

• Familiarity with streaming user experiences and real-time UIs utilizing native WebSockets.

• Demonstrated ability to create accessible, responsive interfaces with component libraries such as Ant Design or Tailwind.

• Experience with modern build tools.

• Backend experience with Python and FastAPI in production settings.

• Understanding of relational and document databases like MySQL and MongoDB.

• Knowledge of AWS cloud architecture, including ECS and RDS, along with fundamental infrastructure concepts.

• Advanced proficiency in English.
