Senior Fullstack Engineer, Python, React

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Design, test, debug, maintain, and consistently enhance applications and services based on Python.

• Deploy and configure services and applications within AWS environments.

• Provision and oversee infrastructure utilizing Infrastructure as Code, while factoring in system performance and cloud expenses.

• Collaborate with PostgreSQL, utilizing pg_vector or search technologies like OpenSearch or Elasticsearch for vectorized custom data and Retrieval-Augmented Generation scenarios.

• Create and implement GenAI agents utilizing AWS Bedrock and associated cloud AI capabilities.

• Assess open-source GenAI frameworks against direct API integrations and determine suitable approaches for specific applications.

• Investigate and apply multi-agent solutions using frameworks such as AutoGen when applicable.

• Diagnose and resolve issues related to applications, infrastructure, and integrations.

• Enhance system performance and reliability.

• Work collaboratively with stakeholders and technical teams across various global regions.

• Contribute to innovation within the wider engineering organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Senior-level experience.

• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency.

• Candidates must reside in Poland.

• Availability to work during the CET time zone.

• Experience with Python and FastAPI in production settings.

• Practical experience in developing GenAI and agentic applications.

• Proficient knowledge of LangGraph and LangChain.

• Familiarity with managed cloud-based GenAI services, such as AWS Bedrock / AgentCore or equivalent solutions.

• Strong expertise in PostgreSQL and relational database development.

• Hands-on experience with data processing using Pandas and Excel.

• Experience in frontend development with Next.js and React.

• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools like Cursor, Claude Code, or Codex.

• Proven experience in designing and developing scalable APIs and backend services.

• Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

• Strong critical thinking abilities.

• Proactive in clarifying requirements.

• Comfortable in a proof-of-concept-oriented delivery environment.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Nice to have: Experience with MCP and FastMCP.

• Nice to have: Experience with web scraping and external data ingestion.

• Nice to have: Experience with Docker, cloud-native architectures, and serverless technologies.

• Nice to have: Experience with Terraform and troubleshooting cloud infrastructure.
