Senior Fullstack Engineer – .NET, React

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain full-stack applications utilizing .NET and React.

• Create and enhance backend services, APIs, and web interfaces.

• Design and optimize SQL queries along with database solutions.

• Assume responsibility for delivered solutions, overseeing the process from technical design to implementation and testing.

• Contribute to technical decision-making and the ongoing enhancement of the product.

• Write clean, maintainable, and thoroughly tested code.

• Collaborate with Product Owners, designers, and other engineers to convert business requirements into technical solutions.

• Engage in code reviews and knowledge-sharing activities within the team.

• Work across backend, frontend, and database layers to develop and advance business applications that support HR processes.

• Assist in delivering solutions that address genuine business needs.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience as a Software Engineer.

• Strong proficiency in C# and the .NET platform (.NET Framework, .NET Core).

• Significant experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and React.

• Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases (SQL Server, Azure SQL).

• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure or other cloud solutions.

• Experience in Scrum/Agile development environments.

• Knowledge of Git version control.

• Good grasp of software design principles, patterns, and best practices.

• Experience in writing unit, integration, and automated tests.

• Ability to produce clean, maintainable, and well-structured code.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.

• English proficiency at a minimum of B1/B2 level.

• Polish proficiency at a minimum of B2 level.
