Senior Fullstack Engineer – Capacity & Matching Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Act as the main advisor for the Gateway and Capacity Matching cluster within the Intelligence Engine.

• Design, develop, and maintain Go-based backend services along with React/TypeScript interfaces for Capacity Matching and the Inflect Gateway.

• Advance matching, confidence-scoring, and cost-optimization algorithms.

• Provide technical execution across the integrated Gateway and Capacity Matching services.

• Assume secondary ownership and backup responsibilities for the RouteFinder and Site Prover cluster.

• Engage in cross-coverage, incident response support, and evaluate pull requests.

• Collaborate with Data Foundation and Lead-to-Cash pods to ensure source-data quality and gateway transaction integrations.

• Deliver thoroughly tested and observable code under the technical direction of the pod lead.

• Guarantee that Gateway and Capacity Matching features function reliably in a production environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7–10 years of professional experience in full-stack engineering.

• Extensive production experience in Go for backend services.

• Extensive production experience in React/TypeScript for frontend development.

• Hands-on experience in designing, developing, and optimizing algorithmic matching, ranking, scoring, or recommendation systems.

• Familiarity with API gateway and integration-focused backend architectures.

• Practical experience with relational databases, particularly Postgres.

• Experience with cloud deployments, particularly AWS.

• Knowledge of event-driven messaging.

• Experience in integrating data pipelines.

• Proficient English communication skills in a professional setting.

• Must reside in Mexico.

• Must be registered with the Mexican tax authority (SAT) under an appropriate business tax regime.

• Must provide valid electronic invoices (CFDI) uploaded to Rippling for monthly payment processing.
