Senior FullStack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the creation of user interfaces and services that support marketing analytics, identity resolution, and cross-platform personalization.

• Develop and uphold high-performance, scalable web applications utilizing Node.js, React.js, GCP, and MongoDB.

• Create end-to-end features through AI-assisted, specification-driven workflows and AI coding agents.

• Collaborate with Data Scientists, GTM Engineers, and Backend Engineers on identity resolution, campaign analytics, and data activation.

• Design user interfaces featuring advanced data visualization using tools like Highcharts and Recharts.

• Work together on multi-tenant architecture, OAuth integrations, and automated onboarding utilizing Auth0, Firebase, and Google Cloud Functions.

• Integrate features with billing systems, Slack alerting, email messaging, and third-party services.

• Promote test automation using Vitest and Jest.

• Assist in ensuring performance monitoring with OpenTelemetry and Sumo Logic.

• Define and refine AI agent configurations, encompassing CLAUDE.md, hooks, skills, and prompt templates.

• Build and manage MCP Servers that expose internal REST/HTTP APIs to AI agents.

• Advocate for UI/UX best practices and maintain clean code through tools like ESLint, Prettier, and SonarQube.

• Serve as Feature Lead for architecture, technical documentation, and communication with the CTO, Tech Lead, and Product Owner.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and contemporary frameworks.

• 7+ years of experience with Node.js 20+, Express.js 4+ or Nest 10+ and associated tooling.

• 5+ years of experience with React.js, including hooks and the Context API.

• Extensive experience with document-oriented databases, particularly MongoDB.

• Proven background in AI-assisted development using Claude Code, Codex, or Gemini CLI.

• Experience in prompt engineering and LLM API integration, including Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, or open-source LLMs.

• Capability to author and interpret comprehensive technical specifications for both front-end and back-end features.

• Experience with serverless environments, especially Google Cloud Platform: Cloud Run/Functions, App Engine, Firebase, Logging, and API Gateway.

• In-depth understanding of REST APIs.

• Strong experience in building CI/CD workflows utilizing GitHub Actions.

• A strong motivation to develop products through AI agents instead of manual coding.

• Proficiency in English at an intermediate level or higher.

• Bonus: Experience with Neo4j and graph data modeling.

• Bonus: Familiarity with BigQuery and CDP tools.

• Bonus: Experience with low-code/no-code solutions such as n8n, Zapier, and Node-RED.

• Bonus: Experience in building dashboards for analytics or marketing technology platforms.

• Bonus: Hands-on experience in building or integrating agentic AI workflows, including LLM-powered pipelines, tool-use agents, and RAG systems.
