Senior FullStack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain high-performance, scalable web applications utilizing Node.js, React.js, GCP, and MongoDB.

• Create comprehensive features through AI-assisted, specification-driven workflows and AI coding agents.

• Work in partnership with Data Scientists, GTM Engineers, and Backend Engineers on identity resolution, campaign analytics, and data activation.

• Craft user interfaces featuring advanced data visualization with tools like Highcharts and Recharts.

• Collaborate on multi-tenant architectures, OAuth integrations, and automated onboarding using Auth0, Firebase, and Google Cloud Functions.

• Incorporate functionalities for billing, Slack notifications, email communication, and third-party service integration.

• Lead test automation efforts utilizing Vitest and Jest.

• Support performance monitoring through OpenTelemetry and Sumo Logic.

• Define and enhance AI-agent configurations, encompassing custom instructions, hooks, skills, and prompt templates.

• Develop and maintain MCP Servers that provide internal REST/HTTP APIs to AI agents.

• Advocate for UI/UX best practices and uphold clean code standards with ESLint, Prettier, and SonarQube.

• Serve as Feature Lead for architecture, technical documentation, and communication with the CTO, Tech Lead, and Product Owner.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of commercial software development experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and contemporary frameworks.

• More than 7 years of expertise with Node.js 20+, Express.js 4+ or Nest 10+, along with relevant tooling.

• At least 5 years of experience with React.js, including hooks and Context API.

• Extensive knowledge of document-oriented databases, particularly MongoDB.

• Demonstrated experience with AI-assisted development utilizing Claude Code, Codex, or Gemini CLI.

• Familiarity with prompt engineering and LLM API integration, featuring Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, or open-source LLMs.

• Capability to author and interpret detailed technical specifications for both front-end and back-end features.

• Experience with serverless environments, particularly Google Cloud Platform, including Cloud Run/Functions, App Engine, Firebase, Logging, and API Gateway.

• Profound understanding of REST APIs.

• Strong experience in building CI/CD workflows with GitHub Actions.

• A strong inclination to develop products via AI agents instead of manual coding.

• Proficiency in English at an intermediate level or higher.

• Bonus: Experience with Neo4j and graph data modeling.

• Bonus: Familiarity with BigQuery and CDP tools.

• Bonus: Experience with n8n, Zapier, or Node-RED.

• Bonus: Experience in developing analytics or marketing technology dashboards.
