Senior Fullstack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of features from database schema to frontend interface.

• Work collaboratively with software architects, product owners, and developers.

• Engage in code reviews and pair programming activities.

• Design data flows utilizing Postgres, Redis, and RabbitMQ.

• Develop Next.js frontends based on implemented services.

• Deploy features into the production environment.

• Ensure a rapid CI/CD pipeline is maintained.

• Identify bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and failure modes throughout the stack.

• Guide, evaluate, and enhance the output of coding agents.

• Participate in architectural and technical decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience across both ends of the technology stack.

• Proficiency in C# and .NET for backend development.

• Experience with React and TypeScript for frontend development.

• Background in building microservice architectures.

• Production experience with Postgres, Redis, and RabbitMQ.

• Familiarity with Next.js and Tailwind.

• Experience with Node.js, Express.js, or Nest.js.

• Understanding of architectural principles, performance optimization, and secure scalability.

• Experience working in agile teams, utilizing Scrum or Kanban methodologies.

• Strong writing skills.

• Proficient in English and German communication.

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
