Senior Fullstack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Develop robust frontend applications utilizing Vue.js 3

• Engage in real-time web applications for audio and SMS communications with patients

• Create HTTP APIs in JavaScript and TypeScript using Express.js

• Design and test custom internal TypeScript packages from the ground up or migrate existing packages from JavaScript

• Integrate with external services such as Twilio, OpenAI, Databricks API, and AWS/GCP

• Leverage real-time streaming capabilities where applicable

• Contribute to the development of Flagler Health’s clinical operating system for advanced musculoskeletal care

• Assist MSK provider groups and specialty clinics in patient acquisition, clinical workflows, clinic operations, and continuous patient engagement

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of demonstrated experience in building highly-available applications within a regulated environment

• Proficient in Vue 3, TypeScript, Node, Mongoose, and Express

• Familiarity with monorepos, particularly Turborepo

• Experience with SQL databases, specifically PostgreSQL

• Knowledge of NoSQL databases like MongoDB

• Background in healthcare technology / SaaS is preferred

• Understanding of HL7 / FHIR / EHR is preferred

• Experience with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is preferred

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and Git is preferred
