Senior Fullstack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and sustain backend integrations with payment processors, ERP systems, and financial infrastructure providers throughout Latin America.

• Create scalable, secure, and observable services that manage sensitive financial information.

• Construct and maintain frontend interfaces, including internal tools, integration dashboards, and configuration user interfaces.

• Leverage AI tools to streamline repetitive engineering tasks, enhance delivery speed, and bridge skill gaps.

• Elevate the technical standards through code reviews, architectural guidance, and hands-on mentorship for junior and mid-level engineers.

• Work alongside Product, Design, and Data teams to convert complex integration requirements into dependable, maintainable solutions.

• Recognize and address technical debt that poses operational risks or hinders team performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in backend software development, with a minimum of 1 to 2 years of full-stack engagement.

• Strong capabilities in software architecture and system design.

• High proficiency in one or more backend programming languages; the primary stack is Java / Spring Boot.

• Solid frontend skills in one or more frontend languages/frameworks; the stack is React.

• Proven experience utilizing AI tools throughout the development lifecycle, including design, coding, code review, debugging, and documentation.

• Familiarity with automation tools such as Claude, Devin, or n8n to streamline repetitive or complex engineering workflows.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across Product, Design, and Operations teams.
