Senior Fullstack Developer – Next.js, NestJS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Comprehend the core issues encountered by the lawyer for each request, challenge requirements, and propose optimal solutions.

• Finalize decisions in collaboration with Product and Design teams prior to development.

• Draft the technical specifications and implementation plan before initiating coding.

• Lead AI-assisted implementation by preparing context, orchestrating agents, and reviewing architecture, testing, security, and performance.

• Deliver solutions utilizing React, a Next.js BFF hosted on Vercel, CQRS middleware in Node.js/NestJS, and the core product built in Java.

• Monitor actual usage, logs, metrics, and the impact on lawyers post-deployment.

• Introduce AI features into production, including the extraction, classification, and summarization of legal documents.

• Continuously measure the quality of AI responses over time.

• Enhance the team’s AI development toolkit, including skills, rules, living documentation, and automated evaluations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience as a Fullstack Developer proficient in TypeScript.

• Familiarity with React and Next.js on the frontend.

• Experience with Node.js on the backend, utilizing NestJS or a comparable framework.

• Proficient in agent-driven development using tools like Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Windsurf, or similar as the primary methodology.

• Ability to establish context, draft specifications, and adjust the agent’s direction as needed.

• Demonstrated success in independently managing deliveries while liaising directly with users or business teams.

• Strong writing skills; experience in creating specifications, plans, and conducting reviews.

• Senior-level expertise in reviewing code to identify security vulnerabilities, performance issues, and insufficient testing.
