Senior Fullstack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and enhance APIs and services using Go, overseeing everything from architecture to production.

• Create React interfaces that seamlessly integrate with backend services.

• Model and optimize PostgreSQL data, focusing on schemas, indexes, migrations, and query performance.

• Craft asynchronous, event-driven workflows utilizing Pub/Sub, ensuring idempotency, handling dead-letter queues, maintaining order, and facilitating reprocessing.

• Establish and manage scheduled and background processing tasks.

• Deploy and manage containerized services on GKE/Kubernetes, including resource allocation, monitoring probes, autoscaling, and rollout strategies.

• Oversee CI/CD pipelines utilizing Cloud Build and GitHub.

• Influence technical decisions and design solution architectures.

• Provide mentorship to fellow developers.

• Lead investigations during incidents and enhance the observability of managed services.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of software development experience, with a focus on leading technical project deliveries.

• Proficient in advanced React and TypeScript, including component architecture, design systems, state management (React Query, Redux, Zustand), rendering performance, Core Web Vitals, frontend testing (Testing Library, Playwright or Cypress), and accessibility standards (WCAG).

• Professional experience in using Go for production APIs, service design, and integration; equivalent backend experience with Node.js or Java will also be considered.

• Strong expertise in PostgreSQL and SQL.

• Practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes in a production environment.

• Experience with cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure, including managed services like GKE/EKS/AKS, Cloud SQL/RDS/Aurora PostgreSQL/Azure Database for PostgreSQL, Pub/Sub/SNS/SQS/Kafka/MSK/Service Bus/Event Grid, Cloud Build/CodeBuild/GitHub Actions/Azure Pipelines, and IAM/Entra ID/RBAC.
