Senior Full Stack Web/Mobile Application Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop new applications, websites, and features utilizing Next.js, React, React Native, Node.js, Laravel, and various other technologies.

• Strategize and execute tasks with AI agents by following a specification-driven approach.

• Assist in establishing AI development standards to be adhered to by junior engineers.

• Serve as the Technical Lead on assigned projects.

• Collaborate with the project manager to guide the development team effectively.

• Share accountability for the financial success of projects by managing scope within budget and addressing issues proactively.

• Act as a point of escalation for engineers and provide guidance to junior developers.

• Supervise architectural choices and ensure the quality of code.

• Participate in high-level architecture discussions and consult with the internal team regarding approach and effort estimation.

• Engage in database modeling, query optimization, logging and monitoring solutions, along with other complex application development needs.

• Keep up-to-date with the latest development technologies and methodologies.

• Interact directly with clients and project managers to comprehend requirements, discuss specifications, make technical decisions, and provide status updates and demonstrations.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional experience, ideally in a technical capacity with agency background.

• Full Stack experience across a range of frontend and backend tools and technologies along with their associated ecosystems.

• Proficient in interacting with and constructing backend REST and GraphQL APIs.

• Familiarity with integrating third-party APIs.

• Practical experience utilizing AI agents for planning and development within a production codebase, including reviewing the outputs before deployment.

• Experience in leading a development team or serving as a technical lead, including collaboration with a project manager on scope, estimations, and budget management.

• Comfortable engaging directly with clients regarding requirements, technical trade-offs, and project progress.

• Background in creating application user experiences and understanding user behavior and intent.

• Proficient with Git and GitHub.

• Experience with AWS services or other DevOps platforms is advantageous.
