Senior Full-Stack Product Engineer – Node.js, AI-Native

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Create and enhance backend and product features, and assist with frontend tasks as necessary.

• Design and implement infrastructure solutions for the product.

• Collaborate with the Tech Lead on architectural choices and system-building strategies.

• Develop an AI-focused engineering environment that facilitates agentic coding and secure, independent development and deployment.

• Enhance the stability, reliability, and scalability of technical solutions.

• Construct a new personal digital security product in its initial phase.

• Set up infrastructure and essential product features that support product scaling.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in backend development or full-stack development with a backend emphasis.

• Experience in a product-focused company.

• Proficient in Node.js and TypeScript.

• Experience in frontend development using React or Next.js along with TypeScript.

• Comprehensive knowledge of PostgreSQL, Redis, and REST API design.

• Understanding of software architecture and system design principles.

• Hands-on experience with AWS, Docker, and CI/CD practices.

• Proven ability to write automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.

• Regular use of AI tools and agentic coding, such as Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, or similar tools.

• Experience in building technical architecture and engineering processes during the early phases of product development is a notable advantage.
