Senior Full Stack Engineer, React, C#

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Design and create responsive, user-friendly web applications for the healthcare sector.

• Develop engaging user interfaces utilizing front-end technologies such as React and Vue.js.

• Build server-side logic with C# and .NET Core.

• Integrate various third-party APIs and services.

• Implement best practices to maintain the security and privacy of healthcare-related data.

• Conduct testing, debugging, and troubleshooting processes.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous enhancements and updates.

• Provide support for mobile applications.

• Design and work with REST APIs and distributed systems capable of scaling to millions of users.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken, with a minimum proficiency of B2 level (90%+).

• Over 6 years of professional experience as a Full Stack Engineer, specifically in enterprise B2B web applications.

• Strong grasp of backend development using C# and frontend development with React.

• Comprehensive understanding of Azure services.

• High proficiency in HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Experience working with SaaS in Cloud-Native applications.

• Ability to decompose business requests into manageable tasks.

• Skills in designing moderately sized software projects, creating project plans, tracking progress, and executing collaboratively.

• Understanding of system interactions and integrations.

• Experience in collecting large datasets from mobile and health devices.

• Proven ability to design and implement scalable and resilient architectures.

• Familiarity with multi-tenancy considerations and solutions.

• Proficient in scripting and automation using PowerShell or Azure CLI.

• Experience handling secure data, including HIPAA or other sensitive information.

• Familiarity with Vite, TanStack Router, TanStack Query, Axios, and ShadCN components.
