Senior Full Stack Engineer – .NET, React, Cloud

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, and maintain secure and scalable software solutions for Medicaid DDI programs and enhanced Provider Plus functionalities.

• Leverage cloud-native engineering and approved AI coding tools while ensuring developer accountability for design, security, accuracy, testing, and maintainability.

• Create React/TypeScript micro-frontends alongside .NET 10/C# microservices, serverless services, and contract-first REST APIs.

• Establish multi-tenant functionalities utilizing tenant isolation, configuration-driven behavior, feature flags, and synchronized API, UX, and schema versioning.

• Build PostgreSQL solutions and AWS workloads employing Lambda, API Gateway, S3, SQS, Glue/Spark, MSK/Kafka, and EKS patterns.

• Execute integrations for REST, event, queue, batch, and managed file-transfer, including SOAP/WCF adapters.

• Generate Terraform and CI/CD assets for the automation of build processes, testing, security scanning, deployment, rollback, and environment promotion.

• Implement automated testing, observability, secure logging, code reviews, vulnerability remediation, and production-readiness controls.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of professional software engineering experience.

• Proficient hands-on experience in C#/.NET development.

• Strong practical skills in JavaScript/TypeScript development.

• Experience with React and modern API technologies is preferred.

• Proven track record in delivering enterprise applications, integrations, or cloud-native services.

• Preferred experience in Medicaid/MMIS/MES environments.

• Solid understanding of SOLID principles, distributed systems, microservices, event-driven design, and secure coding practices.

• Must be willing to adapt to a flexible schedule to meet business demands and travel as necessary.

• Video cameras are required to be on during all interviews and the initial week of orientation.
