Senior Full Stack Engineer – .NET, React

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create new features and manage existing components in both front-end and back-end systems.

• Develop and improve applications utilizing React for the front end and .NET / C# for the back end.

• Design and enhance MS SQL databases to ensure optimal performance and reliability.

• Participate in architectural discussions and decisions regarding system design.

• Produce clean, maintainable, and testable code.

• Collaborate closely with product and engineering stakeholders.

• Aid in enhancing engineering standards and development processes.

• Be part of an Assessment-focused engineering team dedicated to digital interviewing and talent assessment solutions used worldwide.

• Play a role in the evolution and maintainability of products in a collaborative, distributed environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with .NET (C#) in live production settings.

• Strong background in developing modern front-end applications using React.

• Proficient in MS SQL or similar relational database management systems.

• Senior-level mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

• Experience working on established production systems, rather than exclusively on new projects.

• Capability to manage changing requirements and technical uncertainties.

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Experience collaborating within distributed teams.

• Familiarity with microservices architectures.

• Knowledge of AWS cloud environments.

• Exposure to test automation methodologies.

• Experience with AWS AI-related services such as SageMaker, Lex, Comprehend, or Rekognition is a plus, but not mandatory.
