Senior Full Stack Engineer, .NET / React

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop enterprise-level software for SaaS video interviews and/or chatbot platforms

• Create and implement integrations with external Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

• Master third-party APIs while ensuring data integrity and system reliability

• Innovate internal tools to enhance users' daily experiences

• Prototype and construct user-friendly, high-performance interfaces for complex internal workflows

• Identify and automate repetitive tasks throughout the organization

• Utilize performance and error monitoring tools to assess automated solutions

• Design and develop scalable solutions

• Write comprehensive tests and conduct code reviews

• Document work and architectural patterns for the wider engineering team

• Engage in daily and weekly engineering team meetings to synchronize on schedules and SDLC progress

• Offer guidance and constructive feedback to newer or associate team members

• Pursue continuous learning of new languages, libraries, and SDLC best practices

• Collaborate with Software Engineers, Engineering Team Lead, QA Engineers, Product Managers, and Product Designers

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with .NET (C#) in production settings

• Strong experience in building modern front-end applications using React

• Familiarity with MS SQL or comparable relational databases

• Senior-level mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

• Experience working on existing production systems, not just greenfield projects

• Capability to manage evolving requirements and technical ambiguity

• Proficient English communication skills, both written and verbal

• Experience in collaborating within distributed teams

• Preferred experience with microservices architectures

• Familiarity with AWS cloud environments is preferred

• Exposure to test automation practices is preferred

• Experience with AWS AI-related services like SageMaker, Lex, Comprehend, or Rekognition is a bonus, but not mandatory
