Senior Full Stack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and develop features within the Rails monolith and Go microservices, such as candidate portals, partner workflows, I-9 processes, and internal admin and adjudication tools.

• Enhance ATS and partner integrations.

• Coordinate asynchronous vendor searches and reporting pipelines.

• Leverage AI coding assistants, automated AI code reviews, and agentic tools throughout the development workflow.

• Create AI-driven platform features including intelligent document parsing, structured extraction from vendor records, and enhanced screening and adjudication automation.

• Manage the entire work lifecycle: from building and testing major UX pathways to reviewing, shipping, and monitoring.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive production experience with B2B SaaS applications.

• Proficient in Go, or similar backend experience with HTTP services, background workers, and a solid understanding of concurrency.

• Strong skills in PostgreSQL and a good intuition for relational data modeling.

• Proven experience in building and utilizing REST APIs and third-party integrations, including webhooks, OAuth, and SFTP.

• MCP experience is advantageous.

• Familiarity with server-rendered frontends using ERB/HTML/CSS.

• A consistent practice of writing well-tested code.
