Senior Full-Stack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Design and deploy functionalities for North, the AI workspace platform developed by Cohere.

• Create autonomous agents that manage sensitive enterprise data.

• Produce and deploy minimal code tailored for low-resource environments with stringent deployment protocols.

• Innovate solutions as needed, prioritizing security and privacy, especially when popular libraries or tools are not accessible.

• Work collaboratively with researchers to implement state-of-the-art models and techniques into production.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in delivering extensive fullstack code in production using Python and React.

• Capability to operate effectively in dynamic environments with shifting priorities and goals.

• Background in both large organizations and startup settings.

• Strong programming skills and confidence in working across the software stack.

• Proficient in reading, comprehending, and resolving issues beyond the core codebase.

• Experience in developing and deploying high-performance client-side or server-side RAG/agentic applications for millions of users.

• Bonus: Passion for art, a keen eye for design, and a creative approach.

• A portfolio, GitHub profile, or other project displays are advantageous.
