Senior Full Stack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of developing essential frontend and backend features that enhance debugging and monitoring for developers.

• Collaborate with contributors from the open-source community as well as customers.

• Address challenges faced by the community and customers, integrating their feedback into the product roadmap.

• Enhance HyperDX and ClickStack to effectively handle petabytes of observability data with optimal performance.

• Create analytical tools that assist engineers in diagnosing production issues.

• Scale the cloud-based observability platform to accommodate a growing customer base.

• Influence the company culture as a member of a rapidly expanding startup.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of software engineering experience, ideally in developing tools for developers.

• Strong expertise in TypeScript and Node.js.

• Familiarity with Next.js for the frontend and Express for the backend.

• Solid proficiency in React.js.

• Competence in SQL for query generation within ClickHouse.

• Experience with Docker and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes.

• A passion for open-source projects and the developer community.

• Background in creating developer tools and designing for developers.

• Expertise in distributed systems and event ingestion pipelines is a plus.

• Experience with columnar databases is a bonus.

• Knowledge of Python, Rust, or PHP is advantageous.

• Experience with SDKs is a bonus.
