Senior Full Stack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop essential frontend and backend functionalities for ClickStack

• Enhance debugging and monitoring processes for developers

• Work in collaboration with open-source contributors and clients

• Address community and customer challenges, integrating feedback into the product roadmap

• Optimize HyperDX and ClickStack for handling petabyte-scale observability data processing

• Create analytical tools that assist engineers in resolving production issues

• Expand the cloud-hosted platform to accommodate an increasing customer base

• Contribute to shaping the company culture

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in software engineering, ideally in developing developer tools

• Proficient in TypeScript and Node.js

• Familiarity with Next.js for frontend and Express for backend development

• Strong expertise in React.js

• Skilled in SQL for query creation on ClickHouse

• Experience with Docker and container orchestration tools like Kubernetes

• Enthusiasm for open source and the developer community

• Background in creating developer tools and designing for a developer audience

• Knowledge of distributed systems and event ingestion pipelines is advantageous

• Experience with columnar databases is a plus

• Familiarity with Python, Rust, or PHP for integration development is a bonus

• Experience with SDKs is a plus
